BWOW Programs as a Service

BWOW develops evidence-based programs that can be licensed by nonprofits, schools, and other organizations to run for their constituents. BWOW's programs help strengthen individuals managing challenging life circumstances.

Dealing with bullying can make teens feel powerless and alone. Break Their Power offers hope and practical strategies to recognize and stand up to "emotional" bullying - the manipulation, exclusion, rumors, and toxicity that can damage self-esteem.Break Their Power inspires teens to regain confidence in their self-worth by validating their experiences and equipping teens with tools to set boundaries.

Uplifting yet honest, Break Their Power confronts the bullying crisis facing teens, preparing them to develop self-respect while setting personal boundaries.

BWOW understands that every organization has unique needs and objectives when adopting an evidence-based program for their community. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we provide in-depth customization across four key areas:

  • Content Localization:

We tailor examples, scenarios, and language to resonate with specific cultural contexts. This ensures relevancy and relatability that drives engagement.

  • Delivery Format:
Based on partners' technical capabilities and constituent preferences, we adapt programs for in-person workshops, virtual meetings, self-guided online courses, or hybrid models.

  • Brand Integration:

We co-brand program materials with partner logos/colors to reinforce shared objectives. This fosters seamless adoption as an extension of existing services.

  • Staff Training:

We prepare an organization's frontline staff to seamlessly facilitate the program through train-the-trainer workshops. This enables sustainable capacity building.

The benefits of customization for partners include:

  • Increased participant relevance leading to higher enrollment

  • Flexible delivery modes improving accessibility

  • Turnkey facilitator training reducing labor costs

  • Branded content building community trust

  • Optimized results across varied populations

By collaborating closely with partners on adaptations, BWOW ensures our programs integrate into existing support ecosystems for maximum impact and sustainability.

Partnership Opportunities:

  • Nonprofits supporting single moms, families, youth

  • Schools

  • Community centers

  • Therapists/social workers to run groups

  • Government agencies

By meeting communities where they already congregate through trusted institutions, BWOW can empower individuals more holistically while scaling impact exponentially. We look forward to co-creating collaborative programs addressing intersectional needs. Contact programs@thebwow.com to inquire about how BWOW can help expand your programatic goals.
